i don't really get whats so hard about a basic diet plan.
- calculate your bmr.
- eat at a small surpluss
- get 1.7+ gr of protein per kg
- 0.55gr of fat per kg
- fill rest with carbs
- make sure to get a sufficient amount of micros
you can also vary between carbs/fats if thats what you want as long as you keep your protein and calories in check.
