i don't really get whats so hard about a basic diet plan.
- calculate your bmr.
- eat at a small surpluss
- get 1.7+ gr of protein per kg
- 0.55gr of fat per kg
- fill rest with carbs
- make sure to get a sufficient amount of micros

you can also vary between carbs/fats if thats what you want as long as you keep your protein and calories in check.

Is that all you are eating the entire day? If you are wanting to gain, you should probably eat more.
