Gymnastic rings - basically anything works
Toes to bar
L-sit

If you saw how disproportionate my body was you wouldn't say that. Being a hockey player my whole life, but never much of a gym goer; I can squat up around the 340 mark (yes, I go all the way down until my thighs are parallel with the ground), and bench 160 on a good day.
