In this particular case, I don't think there is anything that is apt at teaching your nutsack.

Best thing it to try trt with a corse of HCG following it and see if your levels don't even out afterwards.

Mine was low, so you know where I'm at every 7 days.

edit: for curiosity sake, what were your levels at? PM if you don't feel comfortable posting in thread.

203 is THUUUPPPEERRRR LOW. I don't know if they use a different scale, but a 18-25 year old AVERAGE is 6-800. That's 2-4x yours and my doctor likes to keep us at 8-1300.

Mine was around 300 when I started, after stopping for a while it went up to about 600, but I stay pokin' my ass.

I feel like I have "more test" when I follow a proper sleep pattern, keep my fats decently high, and hang out around other people more often.

I'm not sure if it's an actual boost in testosterone, but I have a higher sex drive, more motivation in the gym, more energy, and I'm much more talkaltive too.

That is your mood my friend. While test can effect that, I promise that has nothing to do with it. You aren't naturally bumping your test levels up and down by a noticeable margin naturally.

maybe this is just me... and some broscience but cant a number of thing effect your test levels? like sleep, diet, lifting pattern, have you drank alcohol or done drugs recently, etc.?

IMO you should get tested like once every 2 weeks for say 3 months and see what the results look like..

track stuff like sleep, how heavy youve been lifting, how good is your diet, etc....

i would probably do something like that before i started putting anything into my body, especially a hormone.

if youve been living healthy and still have low levels then maybe its time to talk to a doctor.. tell him your concerns... hes there to help

I agree, however, aggression / social dominance can seem like charisma. and test can influence that.
