8 hours, if less I'm tired until 2 of being awake.. Then after a few hours I crash and really want a nap..

Falling and rising with the sun... Wtf?? During winter the sun could set ~5-6pm depending on location and time zones, and rise at 7-8 am etc.

My body won't let me get less than 8-10 hours, I can set 10 alarms 2 minutes apart for hours on end, if I don't get atleast 8 hours I don't get up idk how I wish I could..
