Honestly, the urge to vomit was too robust when I worked out really intensely on adderall. It makes sense neurochemically due to the massive rise in dopamine & norepi due to both the addy and exercise, but, it's still upsetting. I will say, a strength workout would be doable and it does augment my raw physical capability, so yes it's a solid pre w/o for enhancement, just don't go overboard on the intensity in terms of short rest times and high rep sets, HIIT, etc.
