I do jumping jacks and hip circles pre workout, gets the blood flowing better than any stimulant

beta-alanine is in a lot of pwo's. I've taken BA pills by themselves and noticed a boost, could be placebo, though. Some PWO's make me gogogogo too much and I find myself dancing to music in between sets and then sweat profusely in the pits/swamp ass area after for an hour or two.

But really, would it be effective as a preworkout? I feel like it would really get my heart rate up and pumped up with a ton of energy. Has anyone actually used it before a workout

ive never used it for a pre workout but I use to snort it a lot when I my dudes were outa blow... gotta snort a lot tho. but to answer your question.. yes (aside from the fact youll be in the bathroom in-between every set busting out rails on the back of the toilet)

Honestly, the urge to vomit was too robust when I worked out really intensely on adderall. It makes sense neurochemically due to the massive rise in dopamine & norepi due to both the addy and exercise, but, it's still upsetting. I will say, a strength workout would be doable and it does augment my raw physical capability, so yes it's a solid pre w/o for enhancement, just don't go overboard on the intensity in terms of short rest times and high rep sets, HIIT, etc.
