Oh wow... You're elastic :D

To be honest, I never get good chest engagement from bench press too, be it barbell / dumbells.

I changed my program up to inclinedumbell press, incline flies, normal bench press and sometimes these supersets.

Yeah I usually just do incline DBs, incline flyes, and a big super/drop set on the leverage press machine.

Maybe I'll try doing that. Like I said, I get fatigued to the point where I can't really lift with proper form, but also doesn't feel like my pecs were worked 100%

This is the picture of how my shoulder can pop, so it just causes some discomfort when going too low on flat bench http://i.imgur.com/tz6cwl9.jpg

Fuck dude... I'm eating.

At least wear a paper bag or something. hehehehe

having my chest really warmed up always helps me, try doing 3 sets of flys squeezing every rep and 50 pushups before, and also 1-2 light sets every time before going heavy on each exercise.
also always keep your arms around a 45 degree angle, squeeze your back and shoulder blades together. Then just make sure you always control the weight and squeeze each rep
high volume>,
if you still dont feel it, put 135 on a bench press and do 50 reps... if that doesnt work then idk

The biggest problem with people having this issue usually results from them not keeping their shoulders back, arching their back and sticking their chest out, hence pressing with the delts, keep shoulders back and shoulders blades inward through the entire ROM, you'll greatly feel it and most likely need to drop weight honestly

I mainly stick to incline work, so arching my back negates the incline and just turns it into a flat press.

I see so many people on the 15-30 degree bench arch their back to where they're doing exactly a flat press lol.

try widening your grip a little with a barbell but use light weight and figure out your form. Should help keep your shoulders back

from your picture, first that shoulder is just gnarly, can you squeeze into a tiny box by chance?

anyway, your shoulders may be stronger than your chest and try to take on the work load. start light weight and get the form down like I said, you'll definitely know when you're doing it right. quality over quantity (in this case weight)

you need to arch your back on ALL chest exercises, even incline so you can really pinch your shoulder blades together and not phuck up ur shoulders

This, without arching your back you can't bring your shoulder blades together bringing the shoulders back and engaging the chest fully, I keep a deep arch in all presses and I feel chest workouts amazingly
