Starting strength is a pretty good one and it lets you work on your form a ton for your compound lifts, which is extremely important when you first start.

You will put on decent size when you first start off from newb gains, so I would go with starting strength. Eat like a mother fucker and lift 3 days a week and start welcoming the gains my friend.
