did cinnamon, little coconut sugar (will probably not add next time), oat flour, and a drizzle of PB

maybe do a whole TBS or two of PB, and roll with oat flour. Might try different flours.

I spike most of my meals with a teaspoon of it and hardly notice it. Get 25+ grams per meal to maximize muscle protein synthesis potentiation.

Grab glass of water
Take one scoop of flavored whey
Mixed flavored whey with water
Take the one scoop of unflavored whey and throw it away
