Monday: Lower back/shoulders
Tuesday: Bis/Tris/calves
Thursday: Quads/Hams/forearms
Friday: Upper back/chest

work everything twice a week (or twice in 7 days)

in all honesty i'm going to do yours.. i agree with you lol..
i was doing high rep low weight.. but what do you think
tryin to shred up.. maybe 4-5 sets with 10-12 reps with that program you just said?

When I say back I guess I should say upper back/lats. Do some rows and lat pull downs. I do deads on same days as legs. been doing this for a while and it works for me.
