coconut oil is like soft wax at room temp. hard to use in protein shakes and cold things. good to cook with, but definitely adds coconut flavor.
also, why extra virgin? go regular olive oil. same calories and fats, just cheaper.

evoo = healthy fats, i think normal olive oil has sat or trans fat IIRC
I got used to the taste of evoo, if i ever missed calories at the end of the day, i'd just pour a shot or two of olive oil and drink it like that, goes down smooth, but stays in your mouth forever... tastes weird AF
