evoo = healthy fats, i think normal olive oil has sat or trans fat IIRC

I got used to the taste of evoo, if i ever missed calories at the end of the day, i'd just pour a shot or two of olive oil and drink it like that, goes down smooth, but stays in your mouth forever... tastes weird AF

I used to do this. Olive oil and eggs. Sucked, it's not worth it. I started to get in my head when I would shoot it and it always almost came back up..

Just eat peanut butter or add some olive oil in a protein shake please.

I drink a couple small mouth fills with evoo about 2 times a day with meals that dont have enough fat.
I mainly do it to save time, and I like how easy it is. I also do fish oil sups to get that since i dont bother eating fish every day.

Really goes a long way to making dieting easier if your short on time, or dont want to commit as much to cooking/prefer it simple imo

What on earth are you eating that you feel you need to take "shots" of cooking oil to account for deficiencies?

put the oil in your cooking... i put 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in my oatmeal/grits or whatever
if you need more fat, just eat like a handful of nuts at the end of the day
