im like how am i going to get this many calories, when i cant eat that many meals during the week. can make breakfast before work, something cold or microwaved on lunch ( though i like to jog on lunch, so meal replacement shakes are usually my friend ). and i get home by 6 for dinner. then i can do gym 8:30-10.

u gained the weight in the first place by consuming more calories than you burned, so just eat more
i question if ur counting ur calories correctly? its damn hard for me to eat under 2k calories in a day... i dont try to, but if i were to it would take alot of effort.

so even if he starts to loose weight now, due to homeostasis, his body might try and over compensate due to such a huge caloric deficit
