lol i panicked
im like how am i going to get this many calories, when i cant eat that many meals during the week. can make breakfast before work, something cold or microwaved on lunch ( though i like to jog on lunch, so meal replacement shakes are usually my friend ). and i get home by 6 for dinner. then i can do gym 8:30-10.

pasta is your friend
oatmeal is your friend
hard boiled eggs are your friend
protein shake is your friend

if you can only snack - get some jerky + some high protein bars

yeah because of where i work ( armed probation s/o ) i can only snack on things. i cant be chompin on a tup of food with a fork lol.

u gained the weight in the first place by consuming more calories than you burned, so just eat more

i question if ur counting ur calories correctly? its damn hard for me to eat under 2k calories in a day... i dont try to, but if i were to it would take alot of effort.


or the very slight chance that its genetic or some weird shit

just keep rice cooked, it lasts like a week in the fridge. Everything else is really fast to cook... all meats vegetables etc. i can have a meal ready in like 10-15 minutes
what would you rather have? half a cup of rice, a chicken breast, and some broccoli..., or a protein bar?

i'm just not use to eating often. but like i said, i can snack through out the day just cant have little meals excepy for lunch time
