drinking water on an empty stomach does actually work a little differently than drinking water while there is food in the stomach. i'm still blown the fuck away from this super surprising "huh, go figure!" science fact that i'm afraid you'll just have to read up on this yourself.

also, maybe do some reading on old an modern Asian cultures and what they drink with their meals, regarding hot and cold drinks. in particular with fatty foods. they're smart people.

LOL those are comical

here's an idea: drink only water, and only when you are thirsty. like any other animal.

good idea to avoid dying of dehydration; super shitty idea for staying in optimal health.

I just woke up and haven't drank any water.

I guess my internal organs aren't activated yet.

you're letting it fly over your head. Activate as in stimulate.

This sounds like a medical textbook from the 1600s.

Let's put this in a scenario.

You wake up, time for two glasses of water. You're hungry, it's breakfast time after all. 1 glass of water before your meal (come on, who's really gonna wait 30 minutes) + whatever you drink during breakfast.

Your meal is over with, and you're undoubtedly full, but suck it up because it's time for one more glass of water before you hit the shower!

wrong - unless your ability to judge your needs is impaired by the consumption of soda, coffee, heavily processed foods and food additives, and the like.

Here is a solution - drink water. I manage to drink a minimum of a gallon just while at my desk at work. How about you drink at least a gallon a day and you will be fine.

Edit: it is 12:55 and I have already had a gallon of water today.

i'm 100% right and i can't take you seriously anymore

thirst is a sign of dehydration. when i say "optimal health" that includes avoiding dehydration entirely. ancient knowledge m8.
