Why so much carbs on a cutting diet?
Ive always worked with 60% protein / 30 fats / 10 carbs and was losing more than a pound a week prior to conpetitions
because studies have proven that there is no reason to have protein that high. carbs help maintain energy and keep you from looking 'flat'
