But I heard my good mate Meathead Mike tell me that hitting legs before anything else releases "something", it's very scientific actually, he said, didn't want to go deeper in it, that makes muscles throughout the body grow.
Because your mate Mike is a broscientist and doesn't actually know what he's talking about. He couldn't have went deeper if he had wanted. Pontificating dat dere gobbledygook never gets old to some folks.

Sorry I forgot to mention one thing, you must be working around 75% of your 1RM + to recieve maximal results.
anything below 65% will is just to light.
Err... No. 60% is a decent minimum threshold

endogenous test production from exercise doesnt have much at all to do with muscle development
And this
Both the test and GH increases seen with exercise don't contribute to anabolic signaling, they're merely permissive and released purely as a stress response. Lactate accretion contributes most to the celeritous and steep GH rise post hoc exercise and catecholamine signaling can be attributed as the main cause of test prod augmentation.
Moreover, @OP, testosterone levels within our physiological range doesn't have much of a discernible effect on muscle growth at all. Test is quite essential for muscle growth overall, yeah. But not variations within a normal range. Same for gh. So none of this is relevant and fyi training to seek either of those metabolic shifts due to a stress response is asinine.
