but really, one of my biggest recommendations for hyp based training is to steadily increase your volume as you go. Especially through purely adding sets at a constant rate until your volume gets ramped up massively high
better to split that up into more days, if possible, as to augment and sustain your myogenic gene modality, keep a more sustained elevation in protein synthesis rates, and give more opportunity for satellite cell proliferation and differentiation, as the process is also on the course of just a few days, similar to the other factors.
