For some, like me. working out seems to help a shit ton for my posture.
I had back pain almost every single day for like 11 months (all through 2014) and I hadn't been to the gym in like 3 1/2 years. Within a week of going back to the gym in November my back pain stopped and hasn't come back.
The same thing happened years and years ago when I went to the gym before too.
