I'm 6'4 (wtf is with all these tall people in here), about 235 lbs and started my cut last week.
I exercise 5~ times a week and my tdee is 3173. Max you should cut is 20% bellow your tdee (maybe 25%) I hear so thats what I am going for, so 2538.4 kcals/day
I am eating at about 2400~ give or take atm.
