Literally started yesterday

My best advice is eat as much as you can while still losing 1 lb per week . And after that be consistent don't go out on the weekend and binge as that's your entire week of profess gone . I made that mistake on my last cut and it ended up taking too long and I lost lots of muscle

I'm gonna do these macros below
Macros
2400calories
200protein
80 fat
380 carbs

E/ and can't have one cheat day? Where you eat foods you've been craving? Lol

Just started on Tuesday, so we will see (I'm down 2-3 so far). I'm probably a medium frame if I had to guess.

I'm shooting for 225ish.

Have a day where you still hit your macros and maybe eat a little above maintainence. Don't go overboard you'll regret it

These are crazy low numbers imo, but each person is different. I'm 6'3 223 now, started at 231, eating ~2350.

/e And i think this is even low for me

1800 kcals is for females. Or if you are on enough steroids, you'll get away with these low kcals. If not, you are going to lose muscle.

Yeah lol, definitely plan on doing a refeed once every two weeks or so in hopes of not screwing myself.

I'm 6'4 (wtf is with all these tall people in here), about 235 lbs and started my cut last week.

I exercise 5~ times a week and my tdee is 3173. Max you should cut is 20% bellow your tdee (maybe 25%) I hear so thats what I am going for, so 2538.4 kcals/day

I am eating at about 2400~ give or take atm.

Edit: my body fat is around 25%, so I might not be as lean as my fellow tall people in this thread. Once I hit about 15% bf I'm going to slowly increase calories and do 500 deficit approach.
