200 kcal a day with windsprints and vomiting is about as anorexic as it gets

you body will get used to receive nothing
so when you actually going to have a real meal it will stock evreything in fat because it knows it got used to not eat ever
so cut that stupid ass habit eat like a normal person and you will lose more weight@ months
