i dont see deadlift on that list btw. granted ur form is actually good (no 1 inch squats which i fear may be the case based on those numbers no offense) then u are strong as FUCK.
dont neglect the best lift of them all! get that deadlift game going

If you want to gain more weight, triple your C4 intake. I'm positive you will notice a difference
