did this a few times

didn't get a good work out when the chick had no idea what she was doing and had to re-rack everything and the "oh this looks fun"

other time the girl just went and did her cardio and whatever else on the other side of the gym and I met back up on the treadmill/sauna, much better experience

There is a girl I train with who is a powerlifter.

Squat 225 in sets of 2 atg
Bench 115 in sets of 5
Deadlift over 250

She aims for something like 265/140/275 at her first meet

Honestly this, anytime I brought my girl I spend the entire time reracking weights and getting her over the fear of judging and thinking people looking at her, when nobody does Infact care to look at her, try to stick to dumbbell exercises so you aren't constantly reracking, or use cables for some so it's just the pin...

I do it all the time, it's fun even with a friend you're going to be changing the weights inbetween sets etc it's whatever just hang out at the gym with her, why not?
