You have always been a supporter of wendlers haha.

Good luck with your lifts. I know you have always disliked deadlfts, but how is your bench almost more than squats?

Actually when i started a month and a half ago it was EXACTLY the same as squats.

Good luck.

Reaching your Squat, and especially DL goals should come quite a bit sooner than your bench goal, even though your bench/squat was the same just 6 weeks ago.

Ethan, if ur going strength I would ditch this 531....up the frequency .... At least 2x week on squats and bench. Your stength would go up much faster imo..... Need more intensity m8

Your Squatting once a week and ur Max is 205x7?

You want to get stronger... Squat more

He has a frequency of 2 times a week on all lifts.
