Do NOT use JUST dbs to attempt to balance it out. This is a biological trait that we all have. It will work itself out as you begin to get stronger. I used to struggle with this, but the more time you spend under the bar, the more you'll begin to balance out. Hope this helps.

Yeah , most of my exercises i just use the bar , it's just so frustrating when I feel I can lift more but my one arm gets tired out

really strange though considering how long he has been lifting now..

And my lifts aren't complete shit either anymore . 210 bench for reps currently. I notice it mostly in pushing exercises , but it's a little noticeable for pull.

Not sure if it's related but when I do squats I feel it more in my left leg than my right leg , even though my feet are in the proper positions

really comes down to how you perform the exercise.
most don't understand bench press is just a reverse row if done properly.

Hmm, I see what you mean in it being reverse row. I think even when I'm doing the row , I notice my left side going up first before my right side. Maybe I'm using too much weight and this is why it's happening? or would my form just be off
