Ez bar preacher normal/reverse curls are my favorite exercise so far.

very high volume is my favorite, superset a bi + tri for each set.

ez bar skull crushers + curls

close grip bench + concentration curls

overhead dumbbell extension + hammer curl

standing single arm cable tricep extension + 21's
