Since I actually started tracking my macros, I've been doing much much better. weight gain is now steady and consistent, before I used to eat like 4k cals + with way too many fats, and I wouldn't gain weight, I upped teh carbs hit a 50/30/20 ratio now I'm only eating 3640 and gaining steadily!
