Since I actually started tracking my macros, I've been doing much much better. weight gain is now steady and consistent, before I used to eat like 4k cals + with way too many fats, and I wouldn't gain weight, I upped teh carbs hit a 50/30/20 ratio now I'm only eating 3640 and gaining steadily!

I like to stick with 30-35% of calories for fat, 1 gram of protein per lean body lb., and rest carbs.

I can't believe I used to never care about macros. It makes progress happen so much faster and more routinely.

I prefer 40 fat/20 protein/40 carbs
Makes it easier for bulking if u have trouble gaining weight as there's 9 calories per gram of fat so in reality u have to eat less grams of food.
