I am 5'11". I am a guy. Just thin is all
I use to eat a shit ton of junk food and still not gain weight.
I still do eat a decent amount of junk but considering I lost my weight to mono, I will need to gain that fat back

Thin is an understatement. Get some protein in your diet and do some weighted exercises

Being that skinny and not being able to see abs leads me to believe you have shitty genetics

My genetics are good tbh, I dad was an athlete. I mom was a decent weight and both of their health issues were fine except for allergies, but that's got nothing to do with it.

Man. I've been trying to get abs since I was in grade 10... Its been 4 years.
I also wrote something on the last page.
And my eating habits were good. I weighed 150. Ive just been sick. I'll get my body fat back but I just want to be able to get my abs to the way I want.

Tbh. I look like that faggot Justin beaver. "His old hair cut"
Hate being related to him but that's all I can give for how I look ATM
People annoy me by calling me that... I hate being related to him

I weigh 130 now... I would show pics but idk how to do that.
150 I didn't look much different. I just lifted boxes so I started a small gut and just bigger arms...I don't want arms though. Well I do but now as much as I want abs

I'm just looking for a good way of getting abs. Quick but not like steroid way. I wanna do it a safe way. I know it takes time but I want the right exercise for it too

Yea but ATM. I can't. All I can do is pay in bed.
I'm sitting on soup and pills ATM...
And mono is a big bitchy shit part of this weight loss.
Its hard to lift boxes all day then go to the gym afterwards. :/
My day job is lifting. Then when I'm done, my first option is to go home and settle down my back before it seizes.
Its hard lifting all day then going to the gym.

Well for now until you're healthy and able to eat more I'd just focus on stretching with yoga type exercises.

As for developing abs at home: dragon flags, L-sits, leg raises, planks. Choose 2 of those and focus on doing harder and harder variations of each.

Yea that's what I kinda thought.
Leg raises, planks, crunches, sit-ups,
I'll have to look up what L-sits are. I'm sure I know, I just forget.
But about the dragon flags... I can't do it while at home. I don't have anything to use to hold me. I don't have a bench. I would need to wait to do those at the gym.
But as I said, its hard going from lifting boxes all day to wanting/having the energy to be able to go to the gym after a long days work.
I feel like after I finish work. I don't feel the need/want to go to the gym. In my mind I feel I don't need to go to the gym because I've already done the workout at work...
I find it hard to convince myself to do the workout.
I don't have proper motivation.
What would you say best motivates you?
