During...doing leg press pyramids on the sets going down from 18x plates. Once we started lunges that was it for me to run and puke then finish my sets

Although nothing came out just air and feeling like throwing up was ugh.

i have a sinus infection right now, and yesterday was my first day doing chest/shoulders with this dude coaching me, and he has me doing this crazy TUT 3 seconds positive and negative with 1 minute rest.. came pretty close at the end of a couple sets there.
