I tried to take it easy, not feeling any worse now, see what happens in the morning. The pain was in the top of my abs right between my lowest ribs. Not a heart thing, for sure my abs... Lol after I got the weight up I did half crunches till failure that kept me from working the sore area other than lifting and putting the weight down. Stupid crunch machine. I hate sit ups, probably why I'm a fatty.

Is there any other good ab workouts that doesn't put much strain on the lower back? I don't have a bad back and don't want one, which is why I only do squats once a weekish.

these can strain ur lower back if u do it wrong

which is sorta easy to do these wrong and using your lowerback and/or momentum to aim in doing these

right... thought i was the only 1 noticing that time of 2 hours is way to much for the muscles groups stated in a single workout
