I've been lifting HARD for at least 5 months...gains/strength/size is all coming but I look around in the gym and dudes are huge.  I just feel like I'm behind on something.

Edit - I mean I'm strong and my build looks decent, but you wouldn't look at me right away and be like wow he lifts.  I can bench 225 15x and incline/decline 100's 10x.  I feel like I'm strong just my size/personal appearance lacks.

You've been lifting for 5 months and you already bench 225 for 15 reps?

some guys take cycles of drugs for lifting. others have just been doing it for a good amount of time. keep lifting hard and you'll grow

e/ i've been lifting hard for three years and i know i still owe it more time

some people don't even cycle. Some just cruise

Protien if you ened to supplement it because you cant get enough from food and creatine if you want.

If you have a half decent diet that is all that's necessary. There is no magic supplement and nothing else that will truly give you any noticeable boost. It is all a big waste of money if you are eating decently anyway.

Appearance wise compared to strength you wont see much difference after 5 months. Definitely some unless you are bulking, but it will take longer.
