Nothing, waste of money.
I used to think this but I really don't anymore

apak, triad, folex400
+ independently thinking about it.. I'd say a solid multi could go a long way.
This is of course also contingent upon your diet. For me personally, with a slight transit time to and from school (1hr total, 30mins/way), and having a lot of responsibility with lowish funds, I really don't have much liberty to have a great diet like I'd prefer and as such rely a lot on fast food whilst on the go. Ensuring I reach all my micros properly is paramount to health and performance, so it's far worth it. Plus, many "clean" eaters may be surprised I think that certain micros may be lacking their typically vapid/non-varied diet.
@OP: IMO, the best multi for the PRICE is "NOW! Adam Mutli"
it has most of the micros you could want for a really great price. NOW has always been a good quality brand that's quite affordable.
If you want to really spend more on it the following are probably the optimal 3: Animal Pak, then Orange Triad, then Opti-men. Then I'd throw in NOW! Adam right there with the Opti-men.
I haven't looked in a long time either but IIRC GNC's multi Mega Men or something was pretty solid.
