I'd agree with you that it's difficult. I wouldn't even say that I got used to it. It was easier in the beginning because I was more motivated to cook a lot of good food.

Aff's advice is good. Another option is to eat as much as you can, then reward yourself with a small portion of potato chips or other caloric dense and tasty food.

Good luck! I'm assuming those that have trouble bulking feel the same way about it that I feel about cutting lol.

It always amazed me when people found it difficult to eat like 3k cal per day, when I am just like a vacuum for food =[

no time or money to be bulking properly

Well, I don't have food stamps, and I am my personal chef.

Although, I did run into appetite issues when I was trying to top 6,000 kcals/day..that gets shitty

at my peak i was like 238 and like 18-19% bf at 5'10.5"-5'11", so definitely not lean..i don't remember the exact measurement, but i have the BOD POD print out somewhere

i went from a lean and sickly (for me) 183, to the 238 in a little over a year and a half, so i'm sure some of it had to be LBM

i'll throw this tip in, at least it worked for me..make food ahead of time and take a cooler of food with you

when going to school every morning, i would have a jug of water, a shaker cup, a personal cooler filled with food, and my backpack with a few notebooks and baggies of premeasured protein for different parts of the day

that way, you never really have an excuse to miss getting calories in..you just need to have a plan of what you are doing
