If that were the case, six pack abs would be obtainable at any percent of bodyfat. Your body stores fat as it pleases. You can only keep cutting until your physique pleases you.

Also depending if you are trying to build muscle I'd split bicep/tricep into different days, but whatever works for you.

I understand that
I guess I should have been more specific on original post.
Mainly looking for eating program? (Idk if its meal plan or eating program or what)
But also would like to get a gym routine/program to do as well because I know a few people who change there gym routine when they are cutting/bulking etc
