Deffinitly not trying starve myself or anything like that. I just feel like I am malnutritioned. And I probably am. But I mean if juicing does help with weight than that is a plus.
Just wanting to hear other peoples experience or input on juicing.
Sure, drink fruit and vege juice along with a balanced diet.
