So I decided this year to set myself a challenge of running 1000 miles across the year.
I am not a big runner at present, but am hoping to average out a 2.75 mile run every single day through the year. Of course some will be more and some days I'll do none.
Unfortunately I play football already on Mondays and Sundays and this mileage will not be added in, which makes it a take more of a challenge.
All mileage will be tracked on an app so there will be no cheating.
Has anyone ever done anything similar or even fancy joining me in setting a goal and tracking it vs progress?
i haven't went for specifically 1000 miles, but i went for 4 miles a day, every other day, for 5 weeks
had the best cardio in my life
that was after i quit cigarettes
hoping to achieve that again
