what exactly is the problem with your form? a lot of times it is something you need to work on outside of just squatting

I wasn't keeping my butt stuck out. What Im doing now is sticking my butt out first before bending my knees when initiating a squat and mentally focusing on keeping my butt stuck out for the whole rep. I am a whole new type of sore in my glutes and hip flexors

oh so you broke at the knees first.. were they going over your toes/extending uncomfortably far?

just queue yourself to sit back like sitting on a toilet, your squat is probably gonna take off
