Very early or belated wishes :)

Have a good one, crazy man! Never knew you were Muslim, you got an Indian / Native American look on yourself...

My old PF had all friends that worked every shift, other than the lack of equipment it was a great gym, gorillas everywhere lmao..

1 of the staff members was even on juice, guess I was lucky.

Meh ofc PF sucks, but you can't really beat the price. I just go there to use the weights and leave in under an hour.

Should look up some of the PF news headliners in the last year. Or some of the lawsuits. Some good reads.

I've been going to pf for a few years and never had an issue with the staff at any location. Only downside to pf is not all locations have barbells or squat racks. Luckily mine has both so I'm happy. If "high energy" means you make a lot unnecessary noise with weights then they'll set off the alarm.

I go to the Canadian version of PF called Fit4Less. Same stuff, buzzer when you drop weights, tootsie rolls in bins by the door, pizza once a month and of course "judgement free zone".

I've only seen staff ever talk to anyone when slamming weights once. It was pretty busy and he was dropping 455lb deadlifts over and over and the buzzer wouldn't stop.

Been going almost 3 years, interesting that the US version is so much more serious.
