Raynor found out I was intolerant, I get really really sweaty, throw up/gag when i lift weights/eat certain foods, and pee very very frequently, I can eat gluten in very small amounts and just get those side effects minorly, but that's about it

ya but potatoes are ick, unless they're scalloped and very thinly sliced them yum!

I'm not concerned about gaining excess fat, just eating healthy isn't a big deal to me, I prefer the taste of brown rice over white rice, and I like my bowl of oats and fruit in the morning

go get testing for celiacs and wheat allergy because theres no such in-between condition where you're "sensitive" to gluten without being celiac. im surprised raynor would offer the advice from his medical professional capacity. wheat allergy is not the same thing as celiacs
