I was locked up for only 8 hours tonight but i went fucking insane.
After i got off the phone from an argument with my parents....i showed up to my friends and some fucker pissed me off. To make it really short......
Had 4 cop cars there trying to control me.  They didnt take out there guns cause i was unarmed so i straight up resisted arrest for a whole 5+ minutes.  Just throwing officers around.  My whole body is fucked up and i can barely move my neck.
I regret it but my adrenaline made me a different person. I couldnt even think about the consequences and i didnt give a fuck if i died or went to jail.
I don't really know what triggered it.  My best friend died recently but that was not on my mind when i freaked out.  I'm so much  built in anger that i have no idea what to do anymore.
I swear to god i was going to keep that fucker in a choke until he died.  They threw stuff at my face just so i would let go of him.  I think i fucked up my arm cause i latched on to the guys neck so damn tight while ppl were trying to get my elbow away from his throat.

Oh well. 

has anyone ever flipped out like that?

That shouldnt make me crazy.  It seems like i've brought a lot of people down with me the past 3 months and they were all close to me.

I can careless about what my friends and gf thinks about me dying.  I feel fucked up.
