5 weeks ago i deadlifted 405 for one grinder. and 425 for a back rounding grnider from hell.
today i deadlifted 405 for 5! clean. in 5 weeks!
im def gonna run another cycle after i finish week 6.
Awesome progress! My deadlift is at 405 as well. I'm really excited to see gains! Goal is to get 460 deadlift within the year at 181lbs.

Yea I read a lot of reviews and people said there bench didn't really improve on the program. Candito also has one of the worst benches at the 181 weight class (8/10 people beat him on bench at his last meet).
He suggests that working you're triceps is overkill and you should only do bench for your triceps, I found that really odd. Also dips aren't mentioned at all in his program.
Why is this Program bad for benching? Too much volume? Not enough reps in strength ranges?
