As long as you are increasing weight while keeping good form you'll be fine. Make sure your diet is good too.


DOMS (soreness) rarely happens once you get deep into a routine and your diet + rest is on point.

routine is fine

not everybody gets sore at the same times doing certain things

if u want to be sore, just stop working your back for like 2 weeks, go back and go to failure with your exercises, that way you'll be sore and still make minimal gainz
