Talked to another doc.
He thinks it's just a muscle strain probably due to "overworking" the muscle and a muscle imbalance; as to why the left side is always the victim. Also suggested to stop heavy squats/deads.
Showed me a few stretches and gave me ibu 800s and flexeril 10s.
