First generation antihistamines cause drowsiness when the enter the brain and affect histamine receptors among other things... they aren't highly selective and histamine is needed within the brain to aid in wakefulness.

Few mechanisms by which it can impede libido

The dextromethorphan acts as a serotonin reuptake inhibitor, which may act via 5-HT2 & 3 receptors to diminish dopaminergic transmission through certain mesolimbic pathways which facilitate desire/wanting/motivation for that and thus libido.
The doxylamine acts as both an anticholinergic and antihistamine, both of which impede erection & libido

The only time I drank NyQuil was at 5 o'clock in the morning when I was coming down from MDMA and LSD.
Which I was woken up four hours later to check out the hotel and it felt like I took 4mg of Xanax.

I think the mdma/lsd come down contributed a lot to nyquil acting as a very short acting/high dose of a benzo lol!

if nyquil did that oh lawd

Ywh I just take it when I wake up and before I go to bed. and maybe a shot I'm the kiddle of the day.
Can't take being in my rihght mind. Too much pain

I'm unsure but I took the NyQuil at least 6 hours after dosing MDMA.
Which is probably best because I didn't even think about how they could have interacted; which is very unlike me.



You should really see about going to therapy.

when you're in the molly zone bra and you start to fall out of it (never hippy tripped, mdma/lsd same time) you wanna die lol. mdma come down is awful I'd take anything to sleep through it, too. lots of people take an ssri/snri to follow up next day cuz serotonin is depleted as fucccck

Yeah, I know.
I'm pretty sure most take 5-HTP afterwards.
I'm aware that taking too much 5-HTP before can lead to serotonin syndrome or just being on any SSRI.
And honestly, most of my MDMA come downs were peacefully pleasant.
I was just wired awake / hungover feeling and a little out of it.
