Just keep at it, diet well and make sure you do cardio.. your heart is a muscle.. don't forget that okay

Half of these guys look like shit because they're completely unbalanced.

I wouldn't take much advice from here to heart.

If you wanna get cut up bro start running everyday and don't go a day without crunches and pushups.

People like to make you think it's more complicated than it really is. But nah it's human nature to be fit. No one should be fat

Well yeah start running for sure, focus on eating healthy foods and never eat to the feeling of being full.

I would recommend propping my legs up on the couch at least twice a day and crunching till you cannot anymore.
