I'm not worried about losing abs etc, my only goal is to add weight ATM, I enjoy cutting and I cut fast as fuck aswell. So eat more than I am or eat unhealthier foods?
its a stress hormone naturally produced in the body, but if youre under a lot of psychological duress (could result from you constantly worrying about getting enough cals), cortisol can promote a very catabolic environment and constantly signal glycogen, lipid and protein breakdown to prepare for some sort of anticipated event.
chill out, add an extra bagel to what you eat every day and see if that doesnt help. dont count so hard though
