its a stress hormone naturally produced in the body, but if youre under a lot of psychological duress (could result from you constantly worrying about getting enough cals), cortisol can promote a very catabolic environment and constantly signal glycogen, lipid and protein breakdown to prepare for some sort of anticipated event.

chill out, add an extra bagel to what you eat every day and see if that doesnt help. dont count so hard though

uhh, oats closer to 350, rice closer to 900 imo but who knows exactly unless you perform calorimetry experiments on your food before you eat it every day

Measure your food in grams and oz., then compare that to the serving size, and do the math.

1 serving of chicken is 4 oz., but you had 7.9 oz., then divide 7.9/4 and that's how many servings you add in for chicken, then multiply that by the serving size (etc.).

Myfitnesspal says that's 3,300 cals, yet I'm losing weight??? I was gaining at 2900 2 weeks ago but that started to stall so I upped cals....

just eat more and make sure to get sufficient micronutrients in, that's it

also cutting too fast might not be optimal either, on my first cut i did it too fast and lost a lot of strength, i think slow cut is the way to go
