Whatever I get from the food I eat in a day!

No counting for me.

Right now a regular day is two scoops plus milk
Two chicken beasts
One can of tuna
And what ever else I get from other foods.

If I didn't eat chicken it would be some other meat. I feel I get more than enough from just a regular diet.

That's not my day of eating obviously, I just listed some higher protein items that I eat almost daily.

Well that's only 80 calories different for me, so it's not a huge deal. Was just curious.
