Just use em for heavy lifts and don't become dependent on them like an idiot. On the routine that I'm on, they're only used on my power day for flat bench and military press.

idk why everyone is saying for me to work my grip strength or forearms...if anything i overwork them lol i think they are one of my best bodyparts

Just do a couple of stroke sessions before the gym to warm up your wrists. Alternate hands.

Well, OP you do realize your bones go through the same breakdown & strengthening processes as your muscles right? It's not entirely bad, especially if you're new to physical activity and you are just very small in density like that. Don't make any severe jumps, continue to increase weight slowly and maintain good form.

ive just been going max 225 on the bench press because im worried my hands are going to break off...
ill just keep on lifting normally

I just stopped doing dumbbell curls and would stick to BB, chins or machine curls. DB hurt my wrists.

whoa for me its bbell bench that is tough on my joints and shit, i love dbell benching i never impinge my cuffs or anything like that
