Lol I just said this was a neat idea and that OTHER bodyweight comps are unfair, not this one.

Not exactly since you said lower weigth classes always win...yet wilks is an other way to caculate p4p while making it more fair for higher weight classes

The Wilks Coefficient or Wilks Formulais a coefficient that can be used to measure the strength of a powerlifteragainst other powerlifters despite the different weights of the lifters. Robert Wilks is the author of the formula.

Wilks was an awesome idea aube :). Much proud.

It really is the only current fair way to do the comps.
I do think so!

I said lower weight classes always win when you do things on a pure pound for pound basis e.g. %/times your bodyweight you can lift. Which in most cases is true.. these 57kg asians lift 3 x their BW in C&J.. the 150kg+ BW guys are no where near C&Jing 450kg but more like 250kg. (roughly 1.5 times BW)

Wilks seems a lot more accurate measurement IMO

Since all the weigths are based on a wilks of 100 and not on bw% I disagree. Comparings wilks lifts to bw pullups is far from a good comparison.

what a retarded comment. Wilks is probably not a concept someone like you can understand.

that's really supposed to be fair? seems like a 160 lb dude repping 305 is more impressive than a 220 lbs guy doing 365xinfinity
