B.) Measurement of VO2 using respirometry
C.) Assessment of work rate from the readout of an exercise bike
D.) AcSM (2000) equations for predicting V02
How much work is done against gravity as a 50 kg barbell is raised from the floor to a height of 2m above the floor?

1. B - most accurate would likely be the actual VO2 followed by its predicting equation
2. D - i couldnt get any of these, but i may be wrong (Work = mass* force of gravity and total work done is calculated by multiplying the number of meters moved by the work.) 50kg*(9.8m/s^2)*2 = 980
Idk about 3 lol... probably way too late, but if its an online quiz for future reference, try googling the key parts of the question or deleting the numbers and such to see if its anywhere else online.
