0-3 sets a week.

If I feel great after deadlifts/rows I'll toss in a few sets otherwise I don't bother.

Well let's see...when I work out, I usually do about 8-10 exercises...3 sets each.


That'd be 24-30 sets of curls...because, what other exercise is there?

When I do almost any exercise it's 10x reps.
I normally just work on biceps, triceps, pectorals.
Pretty much anything from the waist up.
I never do legs, no reason to. They already thick B) t4t hockey

biceps to swole if i do more curls they will explode
