Yeah, i just want to cut & lose a pound a week at most. Which is why i ask how much more should i up my kcal if i rockclimb for every hour.

just keep doing what you are now.. 1-1.5 lbs a week is fine

nobody can answer that... it depends on you and how intense you go at it and so on so forth... if you can't calculate it yourself, then add an arbitrary number like 200 cals for the hour and work from there... if you find the cut is insufficient, then change it by cutting more.
