I fast for 9 hours before every workout and have literally 10x the drive to workout than I do after I eat. Then again I eat man sized meals and not a quarter cup of rice and 2 oz of chicken every 2 hours

so ur saying when u are hungry u have 10x the drive to workout? hard to believe but people are different, im not saying he should do it but nothing costs to give it a try, thats how it works like, i give everything i get on mind a try and thats how it works not by reading the bodybuilding magazines and following "arnold's and frank zane's routine" :lol:

It's really not hard to believe though.

Look into digestion and absorption rates
look up metabolic responses to short term fasting
think about blood flow due to fasting

i think ive been missunderstood.. im trying to explain that u should not be filled up but u should also not be hungry as fuck, 3 egg whites are not even close to filling ur stomache up, if ur talking about completely not eating then why u all using pre workout shakes based on fast carbs, makes no sense
